2026.9.12.4 is released (release.yml six jobs green), mirrored on both xlings-res hosts (four platforms, GET 200 with the upstream sizes) and indexed (openxlings/xim-pkgindex#831). The sandbox verification of the published binary, including the plugin section through the index, is recorded in the design record before this merges.
