2026.9.12.3 is released (release.yml six jobs green), mirrored on both xlings-res hosts (four platforms, GET 200 with the upstream sizes) and indexed (openxlings/xim-pkgindex#828, publish-artifact green). The sandbox verification of the published binary (
.agents/docs/2026-09-12-622-verify.sh, sections A to I) reports fails=0. The pin moves last, as the release procedure states.
